ADI offers several convenient and flexible options for file transfer listed below:
FILE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Data files should be provided in a tab or comma delimited format with a record layout.
Art files can be submitted one of two ways:
1. Original, editable electronic art in one of the following programs: Adobe Photoshop CS5, Illustrator CS5, InDesign CS5, or Quark 7.5 as well as any previous versions of the software respectively.
2. High resolution pdf with 1/8” bleeds (if necessary for your project) but no crop marks, bleed marks or page information.

THREE OPTIONS FOR FILE SUBMISSION: 1. EMAIL: Data and art files can be emailed to your ADI account executive or project manager. Please be sure to cc dp@advdirectinc.com when submitting files via email. Maximum file size should not exceed 50mb.
2. WEB UPLOAD: With just a few clicks, you can upload your data/art files through our web upload utility on the SendItNow platform. Click here to begin your upload.
3. SECURE FTP TRANSFER: Your ADI project manager or account executive can provide you with a secure FTP path to your designated folder on our server. You will need an FTP client (Fetch for example) to insure a successful transfer and our staff will be happy to assist you in the process.
