First-Class Mail (Domestic and International), Periodicals, Standard Mail, Package Services (including Bound Printed Matter, Media/Library Mail, and Parcel Post) and Extra Service.
Changes Include:
First-Class postcards are increasing 3 cents to 32 cents.
Pre-stamped (First-Class) postcards can be purchased for 35 cents, a 3 cent increase as well.
Single-piece, one ounce First-Class letters are increasing to 45 cents, up one penny.
Presorted and Automated letters weighing up to two ounces will be charged the same price (Paul Vogel, USPS president and CMO, suggests that this "gives companies expanded opportunities to advertise new services and products to their customers as part of bill and statement mailings").

Standard rate letters are increasing 1.9 percent, while flats are 2.2 percent.
